Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payments

  • Payment for all services and materials is due no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Please speak with Julie about payment methods.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give Julie at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, the session will be billed in full and forfeited.
  • You can cancel or reschedule a session by using the "Cancel/Reschedule" link in the confirmation email you received when you booked your appointment.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be given for services that have already been provided. Provided services may include the cost of any completed evaluations, instruction sessions, materials, and reports.
  • If you have prepaid for services and you wish to cancel the remainder of your sessions and request a refund for services that have not yet been provided, you will receive a refund minus any costs listed above plus a cancellation fee of $185. The discount will be removed from the training hours that have already been provided, and these hours will be billed at the full rate.
  • All training hours in pre-paid packages must be completed within 6 months of date of purchase. Any remaining hours past 6 months from purchase will be forfeited, per the discretion of the instructor.

The services provided by San Diego Voice and Accent are not clinical, and thus, clients do not receive any type of speech-language diagnosis or participate in any speech-language therapy.
